Yes, especially if it is your first visit. You get a very different perspective of the architecture and some great views over Barcelona. I would add it if you have enough time, although the main interior is still the essential part of the visit.

It is very touristy, of course, but there is really nothing else like it. The interior is especially beautiful when the sunlight comes through the stained-glass windows.
