About an hour is enough. In the 2026 summer season the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc is lit from 9.30pm to 10.30pm, with music and colour shows starting at 9.30pm and 10pm. Add some time to climb the steps towards the Palau Nacional for the view back over Plaça d'Espanya.
